While there are quite a few different types of grading when it comes to refurbished devices, At 1833 PTY LTD we generally only deal with Four types: As New, Excellent, Very Good, & Good Condition.

As New:
Crystal-clear with zero scratches or imperfections. Delivers a flawless viewing experience identical to a brand-new screen. Spotless exterior with no scuffs, dents, or signs of previous use. Looks and feels fresh out of the box. Unused or near-unused condition with no shine, marks, or wear. Offers a brand-new tactile feel with smooth, accurate responsiveness. The device may also have 70% – 100% of its original battery capacity.

Excellent:
Refurbished Excellent is the highest quality Condition of refurbished devices available. When a product is Condition as Excellent it means the device has been renewed to be ‘as good as new’. As with all second-hand goods, which may include very minor scratch/pinpoint dent. But generally it is as new as good condition. The device may also have 60% – 100% of its original battery capacity.

Very Good:
Refurbished very Good Condition is the second grading given to refurbished electronic devices. This grading typically means the device may have some cosmetic signs of previous use, such as marks on the screen, dints, slightly worn keys or trackpad. The device may also have in between 50% -100% of its original battery capacity (the minimum battery health is 50%).

Good:
Although refurbished Good Condition devices have been tested, cleaned, and confirmed to be in working order, they show signs of considerable use by their previous owner. You’ll notice noticeable cosmetic issues with a refurbished Good Condition device, including more significant scratches, wear and tear on the case or lid. Good Condition devices are more affordable than Excellent and Very Good Condition items, making them perfect for those who need a new phone or laptop but have a tighter budget.The device may also have 40% – 100% of its original battery capacity.
