Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The product is faulty or not working as expected
  • The product does not match the description on our website

Important Notes:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for refurbished products
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original accessories

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items are subject to inspection. We may:

  • Reject the return if the product is damaged or altered
  • Deduct a 10% restocking fee if the item is returned in unsatisfactory condition
