There is a menu in the bottom of the website called user login. You can click this menu. The image is in the Fig:1

After that a login page appears Please give the username & password that is provided by the administrator.

After the successfully login there will be a admin panel appears. Like the bellow image

From the above image click post option. Then click the add New option. Then A new window will appears.

From this new Window Write the title of the post. Then Select the category from the right side of the post. If you don’t select any category then your post wont be able to published on the site.
